Maryland Cyber Jobs
Connecting qualified candidates with Maryland cybersecurity jobs, apprenticeships and internships.
No more looking for a needle in a haystack.
The new Maryland Cyber Jobs (MCJ) portal separates the wheat from the chaff.
Hosted by the Cybersecurity Association of Maryland, Inc. (CAMI) and powered by SkillSmart, the MCJ portal reduces the time, effort and expense required for Maryland employers to find qualified candidates for cyber-related positions. MCJ also helps candidates identify jobs that match their experience, current skills and the skills they need to acquire the jobs they want.
Not Your Traditional Jobs Board
The closest most job boards come to meeting an employer’s exact needs is to let job candidates self-assess, using generic keyword search filters. In contrast, the MCJ platform defines the necessary skills and experience as identified by the employers, and scores candidates based on their skills, abilities and experience, all of which require verification data from candidates.
The platform reduces the time and resources required to prescreen candidates and provides a more qualified pool of candidates
