Volunteer Cyber and AI Clinician Opportunity | Think Like a CISO Academy — Applications Open

Here's the quick summary:

• Cohort 1 runs August 24 – November 13, 2026 (fully virtual)
• Spots for Cohort 1 are filled on a rolling basis — apply as soon as possible, as availability is limited.
• Time commitment: ~5 hours per week commitment for 12 weeks
• The first 4 weeks involve virtual training
• The following 8 weeks involve working with the client. During this part of the program, about 3 hours weekly are synchronous meetings, and 2-3 hours are asynchronous
• Work in a small clinic team to help a real critical infrastructure organization — food assistance providers, community healthcare, small water/utility system — improve their security posture

Eligibility: Maryland residents or students enrolled in a Maryland institution of higher education, 18+,

with relevant coursework or work experience in cybersecurity, IT, or AI-related fields.
