Maryland Corps/Service Year Option is Recruiting Employer Partners

The Maryland Corps/Service Year Option is a transformative program launched in 2023 under the visionary leadership of Governor Wes Moore, inspired by his commitment to "Leave No One Behind." This initiative offers recent high school graduates the opportunity to serve their communities, gain valuable professional experience, and build a brighter future—for themselves and for Maryland.

Program Details:

• Duration: September 10, 2025, to June 2026 

• Eligibility: Individuals must be at least 18 years old by the program start date

• Commitment: Full-time service (40 hours/week) at a Host Site Partner

Benefits for Members:

• Competitive Compensation: Earn at least $15 per hour during the service term

• Professional Development: Receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and career coaching

• Support System: Access to a dedicated mentor and a service success coach to guide your journey

• Completion Award: Upon successful completion, Members receive a $6,000 award
